Why Revitalize Exists
Revitalize was built from experience—both in the clinic and in my own body. After years in OB/GYN, I saw it over and over: women in their 30s and 40s doing all the right things—working out, eating well, taking care of themselves—yet gaining weight, not sleeping, anxious, low libido… and being told their labs were “normal.” Then it happened to me. At 36, everything shifted.
I gained 60 pounds. Night sweats started. I wasn’t sleeping. Anxiety was through the roof. My hands hurt so bad I thought I had rheumatoid arthritis. I genuinely thought something was seriously wrong. I went in, did the labs… “normal.” Told to try harder—and handed Prozac. Respectfully? That wasn’t the answer. Because I was already doing the things. And I knew—this wasn’t in my head. So I started asking better questions. Digging deeper. And what I found? Perimenopause.
Not too young.
Not crazy.
Not broken.
Just completely overlooked.
I was able to figure it out, support my body, and start feeling like myself again—and I knew I couldn’t keep that to myself. Women deserve access to this kind of care. That moment changed everything. I shifted my training, went all in on hormone health, and built something that actually supports women the way we deserve
