PLEASE NOTE: A non-refundable $75 deposit will be assessed at the time of booking. Any cancellations must be completed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment, or the deposit will not be refunded.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require at least 24 hours notice for all  cancellations/reschedules so that we can keep our scheduling system running smoothly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 missed appointment fee.
